A service technician arrived here in less than 3 hours after I called about a non emergency problem with my garage door opener. George was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and looked at the problem in all possible ways to repair the opener. My interests were his top priority as he gave me every option available. The service was quick and convenient (same day - within hours). The repair man was courteous, helpful, and professional. We were very impressed and satisfied with the entire experience except for the price - the cost of the repair was more than I expected (total came to $1365 to replace ball bearings, springs, and seal). Again, there was no pressure to do the repair, and we opted to have it done anyway. Would still recommend the company, but knowing what I know now about the cost, I would shop around next time.

Josh, my service guy gets 5 stars. He is a professional and did a fantastic job renovating my garage door. I called for a maintenance job. We bought this hurricane double door a little over 5 years ago for less than $2,000. There were several pieces needing replacement. The bill was OVER $2,000! We now have a 7 year warranty and according to our service person better parts than the original door. I was a little disappointed in the cost and early timing of failing parts. We bought our door from Precision. We purchased 2 springs, cables, rollers, bearing plates, and rollers. On the bright side, I am VERY glad I had the service BEFORE the cables snapped or the springs broke.

The specialist Albert was such a great help in going above and beyond in answering all of my questions, professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and helping me solve this issue I was having with my opener. He not only spent the time to evaluate the situation and try to pinpoint the cause but also showed me other factors involved in the whole operation of the garage door itself that I might need to keep a watch on in the future just in case any problems arise.
