My door had been making strange noises lately and I noticed a lot of slack in the chain. I knew if I didn't call for someone to look at it, the door would fail at the worst possible time. I see Precision trucks around all the time and decided to try them. Zack the service tech was at our house within an hour of my call and explained what was going on and how he would fix it. He said I was right in calling because trouble was on the horizon if I waited. Zack knew his stuff and took good care of us. He was prompt, friendly and professional.
