I called your company because my garage door opener need to be replaced. Chris Carelas responded to my call. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. After he replaced the opener he made me aware of another issue with the weight of my garage door and the springs, etc. I agreed to his recommendations and I now have a new opener, and a door that doesn't make horrendous noises when it opens and closes and is very smooth. I couldn't be happier.

My installer was very knowledgeable. He told me what was recommended and gave me a few different options with what was needed VS. What could wait a little while. Also, He worked with me on financing options which was good considering the current economic situation that everyone is going through currently. He showed up early in the timeframe that was given. He was courteous and completed the job quickly and gave me his personal number if I had any questions for any reason. All in all I'm satisfied with the job. Thanks precision.

My garage door is only 5 years old but was installed by the builder. The door was very loud and noisy, and it needed new rollers. The technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same morning.
