This morning, the chain on my Liftmaster 3rd car garage door broke, and I immediately called Precision Garage Doors to fix it. A short time later, technician Arnold Simpson arrived at my house and informed me that the garage door system needed to be replaced. I was thinking about the price of the replacement unit and chose the base Genie model since it was cheaper and had fewer features, even though we had another Liftmaster for the main garage door. When I went back into the house, Arnold called his manager. He explained that I was a veteran and a retired police officer and asked if there was anything they could do to help me with a Liftmaster garage door system, since having two different garage door units (Liftmaster and Genie) wouldn't work. Arnold said that since we had a Liftmaster system, it only made sense to stick with that unit, since the keypad outside the garage door wouldn't work with the Genie system anymore, and we would have even more remotes on our car visors to deal with. The manager approved the discount for me and told Arnold to install the Liftmaster unit instead of the Genie at no extra charge. A short time later, I came back out to the garage to check on the progress and noticed that Arnold had already installed the unit. I told him it looked fantastic, and I was surprised it came with a built-in camera. That's when Anold told me what he and his manager had done for me because of my military and police service. I was really touched that they did this for me, since I hadn't even requested a discount. This shows the level of care that the owner of Precision instills in his employees and their desire to make customers happy. After everything was completed, Arnold showed me how the system worked and then reprogrammed all the remotes so we wouldn't have to figure it out. The Liftmaster unit looks great and is the quietest garage door I've ever owned. Arnold and his manager went above and beyond the regular call of duty, and I think they did so because they care about serving the people who need their help. The owner of Precision Garage Doors can rest easy knowing he has great employees and managers at the helm. They are top-notch in my book, and I am forever grateful to them for that kind gesture. James Baran came to my home yesterday to diagnose an issue with our garage door opener. He was a joy to deal with. He was patient with my explaining the issue and was quick to diagnose the issue. He thoroughly checked our garage door opener and garage door components. He explained what was causing the reported issue, the repair needed, and took time to make a slight adjustment to the actual door that he found in his inspection. He also was able to point out some needed future maintenance that will be needed on on door. James and Precision Garage Door are number 1 in my book, and I would highly recommend them.

Able did a good job. I was hoping you could just adjust it to go all the way down again but he said I needed a new head so he installed it quickly. Everything went smoothly and I think the overall experience was very good. I’m glad I called precision if I should have any further problems, I believe I get a one-year warranty on his work. I called for an estimate on a overhead garage door. I was able to get the estimate the same day I called, which surprised me. Melanie Montoro was the rep who came to my home. She was excellent, very professional. She was able to show me all aspects of you product, right from her truck. I must say I was impressed. She explained all the measurements she took and said she would email me an estimate that evening. I must have gotten the estimate within 2 hours. I was very happy with the bottom line and asked her to call me he next day as I had some questions. She answered all my questions and asked her to update the estimate and send it to me which she did. I also purchased a garage door opener. I informed her I will contact he on Jan. 2nd 2026 and give her a deposit. I cancelled the next 2 estimate request. Overall I was extremely happy.

This is the second time we have used Precision Garage Door Svc. This time we replaced the motor, rail and torsion cable. Our technician, Arnold S., was very professional, explained the new system, helped with adding and setting up the app on my phone and programmed the car without my needing to ask. The Precision Garage Door staff was very professional, freiendly, exceptionally efficient in responding to my need to have my Garage door replaced. I called on Monday. Andrew came our Tuesday, assessed what I needed and Wednesday Austin and George wree there to replace my old original door. They explained everything they were doing. Cleaned up all debris and assured me if I had any questions with the operation and care of my new door Precision would be there to assist with any issues or questions. The technical was very polite and did an excellent job. I must say we were disappointed when calling Saturday around 5 PM and did not have service until Sunday afternoon. Reason being, my husband and I are 86 years old and he has major health issues including CHF. When requesting an emergency call the operator could't fulfill our request. I believe your prices were high but decided to have all the old parts replaced.
