When our home was built Precision Garage Door installed our original garage door and opener. They have been servicing our equipment for the past 21 years. In that time they've only had to make 3 service calls. Today we had to replace the original opener. Their technician, Tim was well trained, courteous and professional. He even assisted me in connecting my car to the new opener. I was able to make my own appointment online and the same day service was wonderful. I highly recommend this company!

Precision was able to come out the same day I called. Josh was great to work with. He answered all my questions and reviewed the lubricating maintenance process and schedule. My instinct to call them was right because several very important mechanisms needed to be replaced. I live on Social Security and they were very helpful in working with me. I highly recommend them.

The Precision Garage Door staff was very professional, freiendly, exceptionally efficient in responding to my need to have my Garage door replaced. I called on Monday. Andrew came our Tuesday, assessed what I needed and Wednesday Austin and George wree there to replace my old original door. They explained everything they were doing. Cleaned up all debris and assured me if I had any questions with the operation and care of my new door Precision would be there to assist with any issues or questions. I would recommend Precision to my friends.

The technical was very polite and did an excellent job. I must say we were disappointed when calling Saturday around 5 PM and did not have service until Sunday afternoon. Reason being, my husband and I are 86 years old and he has major health issues including CHF. When requesting an emergency call the operator could't fulfill our request. I believe your prices were high but decided to have all the old parts replaced.

Called Precision to fix garage door that wouldn’t open even in emergency latch mode. Years of experience & had a great many people suggest them. Cameron & his partner were amazing! I unfortunately didn’t get the partner’s name, but both were friendly & explained everything. I thought it was just my springs and they walked me through exactly what needed to be replaced to prolong my garage door’s life! Excellent Excellent & Excellent! Would recommend to everyone!

Josue showed up in a very timely manner. He was very good with me teaching me how to care for my door, the spring, the hinges and wheels. And he gave me the recomended name of a lubricant for the door and how-to use and apply it. He found then btoken spring and was able to fix it quickly. He was outstanding.
