Mike did an excellent job to please us since we had to replace a Genie Door Opener that was only 3 years old. It was a screw drive and Genie "screwed" us by having it fail within 3 years. We originally had a Craftsman Door opener that lasted for over 20 years! Genie should refund us for the 2022 Door opener that failed within three years!

Mike arrived at my house on time. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Once he was finished he explained to me how the remote works and showed me where to lube the rollers and hinges and how often . He did excellent work .
