Mike did an excellent job to please us since we had to replace a Genie Door Opener that was only 3 years old. It was a screw drive and Genie "screwed" us by having it fail within 3 years. We originally had a Craftsman Door opener that lasted for over 20 years! Genie should refund us for the 2022 Door opener that failed within three years!
