Contacted Precision on New Years Day after finding garage door not opening. They were able to give me an appointment TODAY, at 2-6 PM. 10 Minutes later, I received a call from them saying they had an opening at 12-2 PM. 20 Minutes later, got call from technician Matt Hink saying he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Matt arrive with his Mask on and after assessing the problem, provided me a quote with options. An hour later he was done and also lubed the rollers and hinges. He was very polite and professional. I'm very happy I called them.

Hello! I am more than thrilled with the repairs that Matthew H. just completed on my garage door. I had called around and the other garage door repair companies told me that I would have to replace my entire door. We were noticing odd sounds from our garage doors when they open, so called Precision for an assessment since your company had installed new springs cables etc and two new openers a few years ago. The technician called when he was on his way. Turns out the door sticks briefly on the new garage surface we had installed and is no cause for concern. He examined the functioning of both doors and everything is working fine. Very pleasant technician. We assumed there would be a service charge but turns out our doors are under warranty, so there was no charge. Very pleased with the service call.
