I had used Precision Garage Door in the past and was very impressed with their work. Yesterday I had made a "Panic" call to them because the large garage door broke and I couldn't close it. They were so comforting scheduling me right away for a technician to come out and repair it. The young man, Luke, was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and he worked feverishly to not only fix the problem, but repair it to a new garage door...changing the worn out bearings, rollers, springs, cables. She took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options on what would fit my needs. Another company gave an estimate for $200 cheaper but my Melanie's knowledge and professionalism led to my decision to choose Precision. Luke came out and removed the old door, replaced trim and framing, and installed a new door in a timely manner.
