Garage door opener died on Sunday. Knew it was on it's last legs. Called Precision and the Tech was there by 12:30 the next day. Ended up both openers wer 20+ years old. Ended up replacing both and all new springs, rollers, etc. The Tech (sorry cannot remember his name) Was thorough, professional, and did a great job. Went with the Genie belt drive openers and they are very quiet, especially compared to the old Liftmaster screw drive ones we had.
