Precision made it easy to set up and schedule an appointment. They kept me updated with the expected time of tech arrival and their name. The tech Dylan called and showed up as he directed. He performed a thorough inspection of our garage door system and made recommendations. We decided to moves forward with the much needed repairs and Precision worked a great price for the repairs. I highly recommend them. Dylan completed all the repairs and went over every item that was repaired. He was great to work with! Thanks so much!

Garage door opener died on Sunday. Knew it was on it's last legs. Called Precision and the Tech was there by 12:30 the next day. Ended up both openers wer 20+ years old. Ended up replacing both and all new springs, rollers, etc. The Tech (sorry cannot remember his name) Was thorough, professional, and did a great job. Went with the Genie belt drive openers and they are very quiet, especially compared to the old Liftmaster screw drive ones we had.

Garage door broke , my car was trapped inside the garage. I called the original garage door installer but they aren’t available on weekends. I contacted Precision and they were out to my house within 2 hours. Made the necessary repairs .

He patiently waited while I called the Home warranty company to see if they would cover the cost. He also explained the estimates to the Home warranty rep. This morning, the chain on my Liftmaster 3rd car garage door broke, and I immediately called Precision Garage Doors to fix it. A short time later, technician Arnold Simpson arrived at my house and informed me that the garage door system needed to be replaced. I was thinking about the price of the replacement unit and chose the base Genie model since it was cheaper and had fewer features, even though we had another Liftmaster for the main garage door. When I went back into the house, Arnold called his manager. He explained that I was a veteran and a retired police officer and asked if there was anything they could do to help me with a Liftmaster garage door system, since having two different garage door units (Liftmaster and Genie) wouldn't work. Arnold said that since we had a Liftmaster system, it only made sense to stick with that unit, since the keypad outside the garage door wouldn't work with the Genie system anymore, and we would have even more remotes on our car visors to deal with. The manager approved the discount for me and told Arnold to install the Liftmaster unit instead of the Genie at no extra charge. A short time later, I came back out to the garage to check on the progress and noticed that Arnold had already installed the unit. I told him it looked fantastic, and I was surprised it came with a built-in camera. That's when Anold told me what he and his manager had done for me because of my military and police service. I was really touched that they did this for me, since I hadn't even requested a discount. This shows the level of care that the owner of Precision instills in his employees and their desire to make customers happy. After everything was completed, Arnold showed me how the system worked and then reprogrammed all the remotes so we wouldn't have to figure it out. The Liftmaster unit looks great and is the quietest garage door I've ever owned. Arnold and his manager went above and beyond the regular call of duty, and I think they did so because they care about serving the people who need their help. The owner of Precision Garage Doors can rest easy knowing he has great employees and managers at the helm. They are top-notch in my book, and I am forever grateful to them for that kind gesture.
