Able did a good job. I was hoping you could just adjust it to go all the way down again but he said I needed a new head so he installed it quickly. Everything went smoothly and I think the overall experience was very good. I’m glad I called precision if I should have any further problems, I believe I get a one-year warranty on his work. I will call you and eventually I’m gonna need a whole new garage door system which I will go through position. Thank you and have a great day and a great holiday.

The technical was very polite and did an excellent job. I must say we were disappointed when calling Saturday around 5 PM and did not have service until Sunday afternoon. Reason being, my husband and I are 86 years old and he has major health issues including CHF. When requesting an emergency call the operator could't fulfill our request. I believe your prices were high but decided to have all the old parts replaced.

Excellent, friendly service. However, I was billed twice for the job. $721 was taken out of my checking account twice. I contacted Precision twice. I am still waiting for it to be refunded.

Josh, my service guy gets 5 stars. He is a professional and did a fantastic job renovating my garage door. I called for a maintenance job. We bought this hurricane double door a little over 5 years ago for less than $2,000. There were several pieces needing replacement. The bill was OVER $2,000! We now have a 7 year warranty and according to our service person better parts than the original door. I was a little disappointed in the cost and early timing of failing parts. We bought our door from Precision. We purchased 2 springs, cables, rollers, bearing plates, and rollers. On the bright side, I am VERY glad I had the service BEFORE the cables snapped or the springs broke.

Service is outstanding! Great care was taken by “Mike” to make sure everything met the highest standard. The only reason for scoring 4 out of 5 stars was due to the high cost of repairs. It was a bit of a shock for us. Price did not include a new opener. But we have no qualms about the job done.

The service provider, Jay, was excellent. The prices the company obligates him to charge are predatory. We have nearly new doors, which simply needed a new alignment on one and lubrication on both. We needed no parts. The job took about one hour. Precision charged $420!!! Wall street lawyers don't charge $420 per hour. It is sad to see the home services industry evolve into the over-priced clique it has become.

Very satisfied with the turnaround time for the service call. Chris the tech did a very good job installing the new keypad,was very friendly and did take time to check the garage door,and did lube some parts for us. My only gripe is I feel the price of the part was way overpriced and for installation of a key pad the bill was much higher then anticipated.

I called Precision to fix a spring that had broken. In order to fix the spring I also had to get new cables and wheel and lube and new piece of wood that was $150. It was very expensive $678.50. I appreciate that they came out the same day I called them and it is fixed, but will get estimates from now on beforehand.

We were able to get service the next day after a spring broke effectively trapping our cars in our garage. We were lucky that we were able to get by without our cars until that time - we would have preferred to have paid extra to get emergency service on the day it broke but apparently that is not offered and this was a warranty repair. The service technician was friendly and had the door fixed quickly once he arrived.

Brian the service rep was very professional,courteuos and did a great job replacing my springs. However, I was charged a supply fee of $25.20. for what supplies did he use on my job? That's not right guys !!

The service was very good. Technician couldn’t have been nicer. Said they would be here between noon & 4. He was at my house at 12:15. Everything was great except for being charged a $45.00 shop supply fee. I wouldn’t mind and would expect a $15 or $20 shop supply’s fee but $45.00 is just padding the bill.
