Chris was very professional and gave very good explanations of the parts of a garage door and the maintenance required to keep it working. He also made us aware of the importance of not trying to repair the garage door ourselves due to the significant danger of doing so without experience, and the possibility of very serious injury. He made the necessary repair affordable for us. He had our door back in operation within 15 minutes and we couldn't be happier.

I called at 11am as garage door was not performing well. By Noon Chris came out for service. Did an inspection on the performance of the door. Pointed our several worn out parts, gave a quote to bring back to new. I know have a garage door that is probable better then new. Chris came to my home this afternoon because this morning my garage only went up 3 widths instead of all 4 widths. It made a horrible noise and just stayed there. I was not able to go to work today, because I could not get my car out of the garage. Chris diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Now I can go to work tomorrow.
