What a fantastic experience! I called around 9:30am on Sunday, tech got scheduled between 10-2. Got a call just before 10 and the tech was on their way. Within 2 hours I had 2 springs replaced and the giant bar replaced. Our tech was knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. He presented different options, was not pushy about upgrades (which was super nice), and efficient. Thank you Precision for everything!

Josue showed up in a very timely manner. He was very good with me teaching me how to care for my door, the spring, the hinges and wheels. And he gave me the recomended name of a lubricant for the door and how-to use and apply it. He found then btoken spring and was able to fix it quickly. He was outstanding.

After our door only opened 3/4 of the way up, we needed repair after I backed out and caught the bottom of the door with our car roof. Jose was sent out within 15 minutes because he was in the area. He examined the damage, was able to straighten the bent pieces and put on new weatherstripping along with some recommended springs & rollers in just a couple of hours. You can't even hear our door opening and closing anymore. Very satisfied with the work!! Professionally done and friendly service

Well, the garage door was a mess. Rough, noisy, and unreliable. Needed new rollers and a new opener. Whole thing done in 4 hours. Fair price. Tech was really cool. One of the better home services/repair experiences we've had since moving to FL in 2018. Definitely recommend using this company.

I called Precision several months ago when our spring broke. Since I got such good service then I decided to call them again. Our door made so much noise when opening and closing, I was afraid it was going to fail any time. Again your service man, Josue Lombay arrived within the time you said. He was very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I could tell he knew what he had to do. I decided then to do the entire job including new rollers and rubber bottom seal. I was very surprised when he said he could do the entire job that day. I was even more surprised he completed the entire job in less than two hours, including connecting in our car signal.
