I called Precision Overhead Garage Door at 9 am and they had me scheduled for an appointment the same day in the afternoon convenient for our schedule. Repaired both garage doors in less than one hour. Very courteous scheduler and repair technician. I was informed that our door opening motors were 20 years old but our technician had the necessary parts to save us a bundle. Thank you Precision.

Four of my neighbors referred me to Precision garage door in New Port richey. My door and parts were over 20 years old and quit working. They sent someone out the day after I called. Jesus was very professional and efficient. He showed me evidence of one cables dated parts and more. They're not the cheapest but the warranty, quality of service and products are worth the cost for me. One neighbor said she wouldn't call any other service except Precision.

Precision Garage door repair is exactly why I always get a second quote. Their initial bid for a broken spring came in at over $1,200. Owing it to myself to get a second bid S & G Garage doors initial bid was only $590 meaning less than 1/2 and they did excellent work.

The technician who serviced my garage doors was excellent — prompt, professional, kind, and very thorough. The quality of the actual work is not my issue. My concern is with the company’s pricing practices. I was charged over $7,000 for work on two residential garage doors. After reviewing the invoice line-by-line afterward and comparing it to standard residential pricing for similar work, many of the components appeared to be priced dramatically above normal market rates. The total was several thousand dollars higher than what comparable work typically costs. When I raised concerns, management initially seemed receptive and stated they did not want me to feel taken advantage of. I provided a detailed breakdown of the pricing discrepancies and attempted to resolve the matter privately, but after that, communication largely stopped and no meaningful resolution was offered. I understand paying a premium for same-day service and warranties, but there is a significant difference between premium pricing and excessively inflated pricing. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review every line item and obtain comparative quotes before authorizing work.

The response time was FAST! I tried to open my garage door one morning and - nope - it aged out! My technician John was here quickly and spent time and care ensuring all repairs/replacements of failing parts were installed and tested after. His explanation of everything was great! This is the second time I have used Precision (different issues - many years apart) - and I did not hesitate calling them for this new...concern. Highly recommend! Quick response time - straight talk - reasonable prices - more importantly - CUSTOMER ORIENTED! From the office team who took my call and scheduled, to the technician - I hope I don't "need" them again - but I have their phone number in my contacts!
