I’ve used Precision since 2017. Always been extremely satisfied with customer service and the actual work performed. Today I needed a garage door opener install due to my current unit failing. The tech arrived on time, explained the options, performed the work I selected, programmed my remotes and explained the operation of the new system and lubricated my door and rollers. It’s been a good day!

When our garage door opener finally broke down on a Saturday morning (I work nights, so I couldn't get in after working all night!), I was able to call for an appointment, and the technician (Zackery Harrison) arrived within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable. The work was done quickly, with no issues at all. On a side note, I have never heard a garage door opener so quiet! We could not be happier with their service, and would absolutely call them again, for any issues we may have in the future. If you're looking for a garage door/opener company, look no further than Precision!

Same day service, courteous and professional employees. Tried unsuccessfully to create the intermittent problem with door not closing. Employee check everything out, tightened the spring, lubrigated rollers. Employee stated he would be happy to come back if the problem persists. In addition he made notes for the file to document his work and the problem. Very pleased with their service Daniel LeClair
