My door had been making strange noises lately and I noticed a lot of slack in the chain. I knew if I didn't call for someone to look at it, the door would fail at the worst possible time. I see Precision trucks around all the time and decided to try them. Zack the service tech was at our house within an hour of my call and explained what was going on and how he would fix it. He said I was right in calling because trouble was on the horizon if I waited. Zack knew his stuff and took good care of us. He was prompt, friendly and professional. I will gamble at the casino, not on my garage door. Thanks Precision and Zack!

One late Saturday afternoon my garage door stopped working and I was leaving Sunday for a convention. I called Precision and they were able to send someone out later that afternoon! Zack was such a nice guy; extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I am very impressed with Precision's customer service and attention to detail. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Same day service, courteous and professional employees. Tried unsuccessfully to create the intermittent problem with door not closing. Employee check everything out, tightened the spring, lubrigated rollers. Employee stated he would be happy to come back if the problem persists. I’ve used Precision since 2017. Always been extremely satisfied with customer service and the actual work performed. Today I needed a garage door opener install due to my current unit failing. The tech arrived on time, explained the options, performed the work I selected, programmed my remotes and explained the operation of the new system and lubricated my door and rollers. It’s been a good day!

When our garage door opener finally broke down on a Saturday morning (I work nights, so I couldn't get in after working all night!), I was able to call for an appointment, and the technician (Zackery Harrison) arrived within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable. The work was done quickly, with no issues at all. On a side note, I have never heard a garage door opener so quiet! We could not be happier with their service, and would absolutely call them again, for any issues we may have in the future. If you're looking for a garage door/opener company, look no further than Precision!
