Grant arrived during the time I was given and diagnosed the problem quickly. He repaired the garage door opener, lubricated the system, and it is operating smoothly and quietly. Thank you Precision for your one day service.
Nice technician, no pressure sales. Did the job quickly, although I think they left behind some oily residue on the bottom of the garage door that faces the street... He cleaned up and moved stuff around on the inside very nicely though!
