Garage Door Repair Reviews in Hudson, FL (Updated July 2026)

Service was excellent - repair person was timely, knowledgeable and professional. But prices were over the top, more than $1800 and I called for one broken spring.

Made appointment on line. I picked the date and time. Got confirmation details immediately. Joshua showed up in the time frame. Did an excellent job in changing springs and changing other parts that were 24 years old. Very satisfied with work and price.

What a fantastic experience! I called around 9:30am on Sunday, tech got scheduled between 10-2. Got a call just before 10 and the tech was on their way. Within 2 hours I had 2 springs replaced and the giant bar replaced. Our tech was knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. He presented different options, was not pushy about upgrades (which was super nice), and efficient. Thank you Precision for everything!

My 1st experience with Precision was in 2020, and I was taken back by their professionalism, and actually put the customers needs 1st. This company has the best staff, from office to technicians. Having trouble this week with my door not closing, they had a technician, Trevon, at my home after work same day, which in itself was amazing. Trevon was courteous, knowledgeable, but most importantly he listened to my concerns. I cant say enough about this company. I wouldn't trust anyone else, and highly recommend them

Able did a good job. I was hoping you could just adjust it to go all the way down again but he said I needed a new head so he installed it quickly. Everything went smoothly and I think the overall experience was very good. I’m glad I called precision if I should have any further problems, I believe I get a one-year warranty on his work. Spring on double garage door broke last night. Called Precision this morning, got a quick response. Josh showed up earlier than expected. And today I am beyond happy to still be doing business with you all. (15 yesrs later) The 2 technicians came at 7:30 a.m very respectful, they explained all the do and don't with new door. And to know that I've got such a great warranty from you all. Now I have piece of mind knowing the door is safe and works 100%. My garage door is my front door. It's the most used door in my home.
