We selected precision garage doors because they have installed a motor on our existing home in 2019 We called precision. They answered in a timely manner, very pleasant and very understanding. They assured us they would have the earliest technician come to the home which was exactly the same day 12 to 4. They were here at 12:05. Nick was a technician that they sent. He was not only here in a timely manner very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Very proud of what he does, and loves his job. He educated my husband on a few more things that needed to be done and repaired, and we asked him if he could do it while he was here. He said absolutely I stocked my truck this morning. Just had Technician Josh do maintenance on our two car garage door. Sounded like a Herd of Elephants when it went up and down. Josh explained what was needed. He was knowledgeable and thorough. We replaced the rollers and did general maintenance on the door. Friendly to my wife and I and am greatly satisfied.

Absolutely the best customer service! My garage door broke on Saturday and I called Monday to schedule a repair. Was able to have someone out the same day. Mike went over the issues with me and based on the age of the door and opener I decided to replaced them verses being repaired since they were over 20 years old. They were able to install the new door today and I am so happy. Tyler did a great job. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing either repairs or replacement.
