Veterans taking care of veterans! Does it get any better than that? It does not. The owner is veteran, our tech is a veteran and my husband is a veteran. Right from the start of the call to request service until the job was finished, the entire process was smooth, professional and well-done. The conversation between the vets was the highlight…although I really appreciate a garage door that works!
Hearing how much the veteran connections meant to you truly makes our day. From the first phone call to your working garage door, we’re glad everything went smoothly and professionally. Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt review and for choosing Precision Garage Door Service of Clearwater (Land O'Lakes). It was our pleasure to help, and we appreciate the trust your family placed in our team.

He is such a hard worker and is so efficient with his work. Once completed with installing the new opener, he took the time to explain what he installed and how to use the system. What a fantastic experience! I called around 9:30am on Sunday, tech got scheduled between 10-2. Got a call just before 10 and the tech was on their way. Within 2 hours I had 2 springs replaced and the giant bar replaced. Our tech was knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. He presented different options, was not pushy about upgrades (which was super nice), and efficient. Thank you Precision for everything!

The technician actually came to our house earlier that scheduled. He called to confirm time with us before arriving That was great! He was able to remove our very old and hard gasket and replaced it with no issues. Will definitely keep this company in my contacts for and further work needed.

My 1st experience with Precision was in 2020, and I was taken back by their professionalism, and actually put the customers needs 1st. This company has the best staff, from office to technicians. Having trouble this week with my door not closing, they had a technician, Trevon, at my home after work same day, which in itself was amazing. Trevon was courteous, knowledgeable, but most importantly he listened to my concerns. I cant say enough about this company. I wouldn't trust anyone else, and highly recommend them

Able did a good job. I was hoping you could just adjust it to go all the way down again but he said I needed a new head so he installed it quickly. Everything went smoothly and I think the overall experience was very good. I’m glad I called precision if I should have any further problems, I believe I get a one-year warranty on his work. I will call you and eventually I’m gonna need a whole new garage door system which I will go through position. Thank you and have a great day and a great holiday.
