I appreciate the response of Precision. Garage Door. However, to charge me nearly $200.00 to install a new garage door keypad was way overpriced. A new opener same name costs between $30.00 and $50,00. I think it took a total of 20 minutes to install. Way overpriced.

Highly disappointed at the way Precision Door handled my business. First I was told one costs while making the appointment. Upon arrival the guy literally gave me a quote 5x what I was quoted on phone for all these other parts I should upgrade. Once I argued it all I was given a quote for just the replacement of my springs. Then once the job was done I was told because I only did the springs and nothing else. I only get a 1yr warranty not 3. Just not what I expected from them. Never again will I contact you.

The repairman showed up on time. It took him about 2 hours to repair the 2 garage doors. I was given an estimate of the total cost to do the job and I thought it was terrible high. But I agreed to pay it as I needed for the doors to be repaired. After closely reviewing the printed receipt, I realized why it was so high. There were items that were unexplainable. I called the office to talk to the owner but he was not available. I will see what he says and make a separate report. As of now I do not recommend their services.

Service was great. Technician was professional. Was able to get an appointment the next day after calling on a Sunday. However, these were the most expensive garage door opener springs I ever heard of (10X the normal cost available at big box store). Unfortunately, I was in a predicament to get this repaired quickly. I am a DIY'er but just had back surgery and could not do this myself. Two stars overall due to feeling ripped off.

I doubt that I would use your services in the future since I feel I was miss lead about the cost of the repair. I should have asked more questions the problem with that is I would have to pay a service call if I did not buy your product. very poor way of doing business. Your tech seemed to know what he was doing and was very polite.

My comment is trying to get my invoice mailed to me. I was not able to receive this through my e-mail so called and requested the invoice be mailed to me. I was told this would be done but when I did not receive this in the mail called again. I was told it had not been done and would be sent that day. I find this unsatisfactory as I have no paper work for the work that was done.

The girl on the phone was nice but the total price she quoted me for parts and installation should have included their hidden fees... the installer used scare tactics to pressure the upsale. Even if his prediction comes true i will use a different company for new service especially since they wont warranty the work they performed. Before leaving a review i replied to the owners email asking how my service was and i simply got a generic response back asking to leave a review about my experience but no apology for my dissapointing experience. Im sure other people have great reviews but my experience was a dud. The technician wasnt rude but i didnt care for his method of up selling.
