Two-car garage door spring broke and subsequently cable came off of wheel. Could not lift door. I could not get my vehicles out of the garage and my wife needed to get to work. Called Precision first thing in the morning and they had an outstanding tech to me in two hours. He was able to quickly open the door so my wife could leave for work and subsequently repaired my door — replaced the springs, cables, rod, etc. Did an excellent job in a timely manner. I really appreciated his efforts and professionalism. I was also very impressed with Precision’s sense of urgency and responsiveness.

The crew provided advance notice of arrival. Upon arrival they explained the problem and needed repair. Both gentlemen were extremely professional as well as courteous. Angel performed most of the repairs in a timely manner. He replaced the springs, rollers and cables. The door works as well if not better than the installation in 1996. Very Satisfied

I called about the issue and a service tech (Jared) came in about 2 hours. Jared was courteous, friendly, and patient. He explained the issue and provided solutions. He patiently waited while I called the Home warranty company to see if they would cover the cost. He also explained the estimates to the Home warranty rep.
