When the spring on my garage door broke, and I could not open my garage door, I needed someone to come out and fix it. This company advertises that they will come out the same day and they do. My technician Chris was friendly, professional, knew his stuff backwards and forwards. He showed me where things needed to be fixed and why they were a problem. We talked about what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. He fixed it and I am a very satisfied customer.

He had all the materials required to replace the spring and install a new system for us and worked efficiently to get the work done. He communicated all along the way, completed the work, cleaned everything up, and did a walkthrough of the setup and operation of the new system. I cannot say enough about this great technician. The salesman sold me garage doors for 4, 500k. The salesman/ installer was the same person who failed to tell me the garage doors wouldn't work when he left because we didnt have electric. As he finished the job he told me I would have to call an electrician in order for the doors to work, an extra 600 to 1000k I didnt expect. Had the technician made me aware I wouldn't have purchased the doors. I found it misleading, I'm a single wo.en and didnt budget it nor am I mechanically inclined.

I had a Genie 3120 garage door opener installed and bearings replaced on the door. Bryan the technician did an outstanding job. Once installed he explained the system and programmed both cars. The belt drive replaced the old chain drive opener and what a difference - it is now hard to hear when the door is opening or closing. It is also nice to have the wi-fi app on my iPhone. I am really pleased with the opener and service.
