I chose Precision Garage Door because they installed my door several years ago. They never told me I needed to grease some parts twice a year. A gentleman came same day to fix the broken spring and replace rollers on my door so that it would close. The fix, which was quite expensive, lasted 3 days and then the garage door would not close again. One of the rollers would not work. I will call again and have them come back out and fix it.

I called Precision because I always see/hear the commercials and knew the company off the top of my head. I was extremely happy the technician was able to arrive same day and only a few hours after my call. Jackson Letterman was my technician and he was fantastic. Very professional. Very polite. He was thorough with his explanation of what repairs were needed. The job was done quickly and with little impact on my family's daily routine. I've gone with a different company previously for cost and convenience reasons. As it turns out they installed incorrect parts which may have caused the issues I needed to repair this time. Moving forward I will be a Precision customer without question. Thank you.
