This is the second time I’ve had to use Precision in the last several years for an old garage door and opener. Just like before, they were fantastic. Response time was within a few hours of calling late in the day, and within a few minutes of arriving the problem was diagnosed and a quote was given. Precision’s extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable technician had replaced the parts and had the garage working quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision and will use them for any future issues for sure!

I have had Precision repair several springs over the years. Precision’s customer service on the phone and their field techs are true professionals. John was very helpful and informed about my opener. He understood my inability to replace my opener at this time and was not pushy or overbearing when I said I have to wait. Good customer service skills and I will definitely call when ready to replace my opener

I'm not sure of the tech's name, but the invoice mentions John Duff. He was excellent. He thoroughly went over everything involved in servicing our door and reprogramming our openers. He was pleasant and did great work. I'd recommend him for anyone.
