Our garage door opener died after 17 years so I call Precision. The tech came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He gave us several options including patching it up to complete replacements . Decided to replace with a new Genie system with belt drive because they are so much quieter than the old chain drive we had. All work completed the same day and he had everything on the truck including rollers and a new spring. Very satisfied with the quality and the tech.

A friend called you as I had brain surgery. I am so glad he did. James Long was an exceptional tech. He went above and beyond to make sure it was safe. He was very professional. Precision had replaced the springs and some parts in the garage door about 2 yrs. ago and did excellent job. This time the opener died and they replace it with a new belt driven drive which is very quite. James, the technician was very cordial and helpful. He answered all my questions and did a very nice clean up job. Would recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

Congratulations on hiring someone like James who cares about the detail and his work. From the time he came out he was very personable and explained everything in great detail so I would know what was going on and it’s just a little under an hour the springs are in and the door was moving better than it ever did!
