Garge door opener stopped working, technicians come to our on a Saturday afternoon replaced the damaged opener, springs , cables and more in less then 2 hours. The garge door works better now then it has in yars, not a sound.Will recommend to any family or friends needing garage door work.

I called for service and was given a timeframe of repair. He came quicker than what they promised and door was fixed very quickly. The young man was very courteous and professional. He explained what he did and told me what to watch for in case of any further problems. This is my second time using their service and would not use anyone else!! Thank you for such great service... The technician arrived at the time quoted, called when he was 20 minutes out. He listened to my concerns and suggested ideas and projected costs. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and it was tested to ensure I was satisfied and suggested that I spray some lubricant every 5-6 months and left me a can of the correct lubricant and where to apply. Robbie showed up on time. He explained my various options of a new garage door versus fixing my old one. He clearly explained what he was going to do to fix my old one. By the time he was done, the door looked pretty much brand new and worked better than ever before. I cannot thank him enough.

This is my second time using Precision and I have been pleasantly pleased both times with the professionals and the person who answered the phone who scheduled them. Each time they have explained the issue and shown the solution but never oversold or overexplained. The professional Robbie was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had and showed me how to maintain the door as well. He explained what happened to the door and why and his recommendation for a new part. The price I thought was very reasonable and didn't try to upsell. He was very respectful and the repair didn't take long though he tested it out numerous times. I would recommend Precision for garage door needs.
