Top-notch experience all around. Garage door spring failed on a Sunday morning, so I went online & filled out a simple form, and had a technician at my house a few hours later (I repeat...on a Sunday!). Job was completed the following day because my door/springs are commercial grade/hurricane proof and required special treatment. But every technician I had at my house was super professional, kind and considerate, and took the time to listen & answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Really glad I chose Precision. Highly recommended!

Called Precision to fix garage door that wouldn’t open even in emergency latch mode. Years of experience & had a great many people suggest them. Cameron & his partner were amazing! I unfortunately didn’t get the partner’s name, but both were friendly & explained everything. I thought it was just my springs and they walked me through exactly what needed to be replaced to prolong my garage door’s life! Excellent Excellent & Excellent! Would recommend to everyone!

Way overpriced. Told over the phone it would be $100 to $300 to replace a spring depending on the size of the door. (1 spring). When he showed up he said he needed to inspect the door to see what was needed. ( the spring was broken) He said a good spring, that lasts for 15 to 20 years was $500. A regular spring that lasts for 10 years was $306 dollars. Asked how long the warranty was for the good spring, he said 5 years!!! Then he estimated to keep the door working it would cost $1800!!! Because it was old and all theses things would break soon!! I'm old, not stupid. I told him $306 to replace a spring was too much and I'll get more estimates. He immediately revised his estimate to $240. I had him fix it because I needed my door. Never ever will I call this company again. Their prices are veiled attempts at separating their customers from their money....shameful.

The company service meet my expectations when I called initially for repair. They took my request and the technician called Luis was sent the same day I called. He did a throughly inspection and advise for a total replacement. I approved and he proceed with the entire replacement. Luis did an excellent job and instructed me about the usage. The next day I requested help with the MyQ app settings and the company sent Johnatan who helped me to go through the correct settings and provided a quick training. Now I am very satisfied with the system thanks to the good technicians (Luis and Johnatan) expertise in the installation and help with the app settings.

Excellent customer support from the person answering my initial call to the tech Cameron, who assessed, went over my options and then did the repair. This was completed in record time. Made the call approximately 11 am. Door opener motor was replaced by 3 pm. Everyone professional and courteous . Couldn’t ask for better. Your advertisement is right on! Thank you!

The crew provided advance notice of arrival. Upon arrival they explained the problem and needed repair. Both gentlemen were extremely professional as well as courteous. Angel performed most of the repairs in a timely manner. He replaced the springs, rollers and cables. The door works as well if not better than the installation in 1996. Very Satisfied
