One of our Overhead openers failed on Thursday 15 January. Our call to Precision was immediately answered and a technician dispatched the same day! Fabulous response! I went with Precision because there was a Precision sticker on the garage door left from the previous homeowners. It was very nice to get same-day service. It sucked that I had to have the entire opener and associated mechanism replaced. My technician, Sean Wolf, was professional, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Though it hurt parting with the money, Sean made the experience worthwhile. Can't thank him enough.

Was referred to you by a friend that had great service. Technician Sean arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and also advised me of the parts that needed to be replaced and the costs. After starting to take things apart, he found larger issues and more parts that needed to be replaced. He contacted me and advised of the issues and costs of those parts. In and out in less than two hours. Amazing! Very happy customer who will be contacting you later this year to purchase a new door that is end of life.
