We unfortunately damaged our garage door when backing out of the garage such that the door would not remain closed.
I called Precision and a tech named Aaron arrived 1 hour later:)
This was. marvelous response to our somewhat dire situation.
Aaron is an absolute pleasure to deal with as his demeanor and thoroughness are top notch!!!
We were given 2 options: one to try as best as possible to repair the damage on the spot. The 2nd option was go another step up:
-- try the repair and IF we were not satisfied, we would not be charged for the repair and the 2nd option would be done later on.
Within under 3 hours, Aaron had everything fixed:):) Thank you!!!
