Precision made it easy to set up and schedule an appointment. They kept me updated with the expected time of tech arrival and their name. The tech Dylan called and showed up as he directed. He performed a thorough inspection of our garage door system and made recommendations. We decided to moves forward with the much needed repairs and Precision worked a great price for the repairs. Dillon arrived shortly after I called Precision Garage Door on 3/6/25 to request service on a broken garage door springs. He was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, thoroughly assessed all the parts of a very old garage door, and gave me the items needing replacement. It is rare in this day and age to find someone with Dillon's integrity and work ethic! I highly recommend Dillon to evaluate your garage door and complete the repair in an efficient manner. I will not have anyone other than Dillon repair my garage door in the future. Dillion is definitely a valuable asset to Precision Door Company!

Dillon was a nice technician. He did the maintenance of my garage door & it was adjusted as well. It goes up all the way instead of 3/4 the way it was. I'm happy with the service.
