Our garage door completely imploded, bent, and separated on Sunday morning when we pushed the button to open it. I called Precision Doors and they came out an hour or so later…. On Sunday! The spring on my garage door broke late on a Friday. I called Precision and they were able to schedule the repair for the very next morning (Saturday). The tech, Isak Zenkic was on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable. After looking at the garage door, he came up with a quote for the replacement parts & labor with additional items that were optional. He explained everything to me. There was no pressure at all to upsell. It took approximately an hour from start to finish. He lubricated the door, as well as the other garage door (which didn’t need servicing). He showed me how to lubricate it & made the recommendation that I do this every 6 months to prolong the life of the parts. I highly recommend Precision (Land O Lakes) and their very professional tech, Isak.

From my first outreach by phone, reached a person, not a machine. Briana (I believe, and apologize if I’m identifying her incorrectly.) She was professional, pleasant, courteous and listened to my problem; gave a choice of appointments and told me who the tech was. The technician, Isak, called prior to the appointment time and gave an ETA. He was prompt, listened to my problem and what I did to try to rectify, and what was still happening. He was so pleasant, courteous, and listened. He made professional suggestions I could understand, gave me a cost estimate and time line to correct the issue. Also provided instructions/suggestions that I could do in the future to maintain the door. Gave me time to operate the door -very patient. After a recent power surge our garage opener motor needed replacing. The technician arrived the same day, checked out and advised us our door was still under warranty, and he would return with the new motor and replace it the following day, free of charge. Had the door freeze and it had jumped one side of the track. Another company could not send a service tech for “several days”. I called Precision and Isak the service tech was here the same day, and was even early. He did a great job of repairing the bent track, lubricating the door segments, replacing the spring and making sure the door operated better than it had in years! The cost for the work was very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with Precision’s performance.
