I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door for my spring replacement. My springs were making a loud squeeking noise whenever the garage door was opening/closing. I contacted them in the morning, and they came out that same morning. Their technician, Nelson, arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. He explained the repair clearly, worked efficiently, and had my door running smoother and quieter than ever in no time and even worked with me on pricing. Precision Door Company is awesome! This is the second garage door opener they replaced for me and in both instances they provided same day service. They provide an incredible service by checking out the problem, providing a quote before replacing the equipment and also performed required maintenance and lubrication on the door as well. Nelson was the tech and he was very professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company!
