The technical was very polite and did an excellent job. I must say we were disappointed when calling Saturday around 5 PM and did not have service until Sunday afternoon. Reason being, my husband and I are 86 years old and he has major health issues including CHF. When requesting an emergency call the operator could't fulfill our request. I believe your prices were high but decided to have all the old parts replaced.

Braxton Theodore came out to service our garage door. Not only did he do an exceptional job, he was courteous and professional he took the time to explain what he was doing. Precision was able to come out to us within hours after I called. The recommendation was given to us by friends. I was so pleased with the service and pricing, I now will recommend Precision to other people.

This company is always quick to come sometimes the same day you call They review the problem and will krt yiy know if their are options to fix I have had them to my house each time I wanted to upgrade my garage and they always gave me options on the cost and what they recommend I feel they have always been honest and fair
