Service technician was very, very nice and professional. I liked him a lot. My only problem is that the price started out at $2300 but I ended up getting a lesser system which cost $1000 which I felt was still too high and I’ve used Precision Door a number of times and like the company very much. He did an excellent job doing all of the installation showed me everything I needed to know and programmed everything for me I just wish it could’ve been a more reasonable price as I am retired and have to watch my budget very carefully.
Thank you for sharing your experience and for being a loyal customer. It’s wonderful to hear that you were pleased with the technician’s professionalism and the quality of the installation. Your feedback about pricing is truly valued, and we understand the importance of affordability, especially when working within a fixed budget. We appreciate your trust in our company and your thoughtful comments, which help us continue to improve.

I called Precision Garage Door late in the afternoon to inquire about getting a new remote and possibly programming my vehicles to the motor. The technician showed up about an hour and a half later, inspected my door, the motor, springs, and railing system; and then proceeded to program the openers in both of my vehicles along with a new, additional remote. The technician was polite, good natured, and very easy to interact with. I would gladly recommend Precision Garage Doors and look forward to working with them again in the future.
It is wonderful to hear your experience went so smoothly, Tapio. We appreciate your detailed feedback and are glad our team arrived quickly, provided a thorough inspection, and made programming both your vehicles and the new remote easy for you. Thank you for recommending Precision Garage Door Service of Clearwater (New Port Richey), and we look forward to serving you again in the future.

Chad was great! Every time he turned, something else was found wrong, can't blame him. Hardware was orig from build in 2011. He was always coming in to show me another issue. Now, everything but the garage door is new. Can't beat a 5yr warranty.
