The tech wouldn't even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.

I moved into a new home recently and learned as I moved in one of the garage doors was not working. Buying a new home is already stressful enough. I wanted to have everything working perfectly. A Google search led me to Precision and I'm so thankful. When I called they were willing to come the same day, but I was not available. Austin came to my house yesterday.
