The technician Bill was very polite and informative every step of the process. First he diagnosed the problem to be the motor had failed. He then offered two products that would meet my needs along with the costs. After I made my choice he explained how long it would take to replace the motor. His timing for the job was on point. Very pleased with his professionalism.

Put a $15 reinforcement bracket on my garage door and charged me $263. I am handicapped so can't do this myself but did not expect to be taken this badly. I will not be recommending.

The tech wouldn't even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.

I moved into a new home recently and learned as I moved in one of the garage doors was not working. Buying a new home is already stressful enough. I wanted to have everything working perfectly. A Google search led me to Precision and I'm so thankful. When I called they were willing to come the same day, but I was not available. Austin came to my house yesterday. He explained what was going on with my garage door. He gave me awesome options, explained them to me, and did wonderful work. I cannot recommend Precision more highly.
