The tech wouldn't even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.

I moved into a new home recently and learned as I moved in one of the garage doors was not working. Buying a new home is already stressful enough. I wanted to have everything working perfectly. A Google search led me to Precision and I'm so thankful. When I called they were willing to come the same day, but I was not available. Austin came to my house yesterday. He explained what was going on with my garage door. He gave me awesome options, explained them to me, and did wonderful work. I cannot recommend Precision more highly. Our garage door was about 20 years old and one day decided it was done. We called Precision and was quickly scheduled for a next day appt. Travis arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, was friendly, very professional and gave us several options of repair. We agreed on the price (5% veteran’s discount) and about 90 minutes later, we were all set to go. He explained all the features of our new motor AND took the time to program our car to open the door remotely. He cleaned up the garage and was on his way. I can say enough about our Tech Travis and the professional service we received. It’s nice to know that a company and its service people still care about giving great service to the customer. my installer, travis did a great job. he came to repair a loose chain and found other issues w/ the opener, springs and cables. he had to replace the unit. now it runs very quietly and smoothly. i would hire him again

Mike F serviced my garage door on 3.3.20. He was right on time and very nice. I was worried at what the costs were going to be. but because I had an overhaul done a year ago on the system, all was under warranty to my surprise since I wasn't even aware what what they did merited it. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and very efficient. I would recommend Precision highly as they stand by their warranty.
