Moved into a new house and garage door wouldn't open. Door opener was also broken. Called Precision because reviews were all positive. John came out and evaluated the problems. Door hardware was a mess and needed a new opener. After about two and a half hours of replacing everything but the door, everything is working great. Thanks John.

my installer, travis did a great job. he came to repair a loose chain and found other issues w/ the opener, springs and cables. he had to replace the unit. now it runs very quietly and smoothly. i would hire him again

Terrific experience to fix an annoying problem. I called with my garage door issue and a technician was out the very next day. Mike F serviced my garage door on 3.3.20. He was right on time and very nice. I was worried at what the costs were going to be. but because I had an overhaul done a year ago on the system, all was under warranty to my surprise since I wasn't even aware what what they did merited it. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and very efficient. I would recommend Precision highly as they stand by their warranty.

My garage door broke at night. I called Precision Garage door the next morning, and they sent Jesse to our house within 20 minutes. I work an hour away and can't leave work to meet him. My daughter let him amd he evaluated what was wrong and called me to discuss the repair. He offered to put a bandaid on fixing it, but suggested fixing my other issues i had. Noah Came out last saturday to look at my garage door, found out one of the springs broke and it put a bad bind on the door, it would not close all the way. James Mantsch was our technician today who fixed our garage door. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Our garage door was old and not operating very well so after discussion we decided it needed to be repaired along with the springs , keypad and bearings. What a difference! James showed us how to program our keypad for WiFi and other functions. We were pleased with his work.
