The tech wouldn't even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.

I moved into a new home recently and learned as I moved in one of the garage doors was not working. Buying a new home is already stressful enough. I wanted to have everything working perfectly. A Google search led me to Precision and I'm so thankful. When I called they were willing to come the same day, but I was not available. Austin came to my house yesterday. He explained what was going on with my garage door. He gave me awesome options, explained them to me, and did wonderful work. I cannot recommend Precision more highly. Our garage door was about 20 years old and one day decided it was done. We called Precision and was quickly scheduled for a next day appt. Travis arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, was friendly, very professional and gave us several options of repair. We agreed on the price (5% veteran’s discount) and about 90 minutes later, we were all set to go. He explained all the features of our new motor AND took the time to program our car to open the door remotely. He cleaned up the garage and was on his way. I can say enough about our Tech Travis and the professional service we received. It’s nice to know that a company and its service people still care about giving great service to the customer. We will highly recommend Precision to anyone. They provided us with great quality service at a fair price.

Moved into a new house and garage door wouldn't open. Door opener was also broken. Called Precision because reviews were all positive. John came out and evaluated the problems. Door hardware was a mess and needed a new opener. After about two and a half hours of replacing everything but the door, everything is working great. Thanks John.

my installer, travis did a great job. he came to repair a loose chain and found other issues w/ the opener, springs and cables. he had to replace the unit. now it runs very quietly and smoothly. i would hire him again

Terrific experience to fix an annoying problem. I called with my garage door issue and a technician was out the very next day. The gentleman arrived on time, was respectful of the craziness in our household and saved me a ton by repairing not replacing. I would call Precision any time I had a problem.

Mike F serviced my garage door on 3.3.20. He was right on time and very nice. I was worried at what the costs were going to be. but because I had an overhaul done a year ago on the system, all was under warranty to my surprise since I wasn't even aware what what they did merited it. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and very efficient. I would recommend Precision highly as they stand by their warranty.

I had two of my three garage doors rebuilt by Keith from Precision a little over a year ago and I was very happy with Keith and every aspect of his service, so naturally I called them when the spring of my third door broke and sure enough, Keith was the tech that showed up and once again I had an awesome experience was treated like a good friend and within an hour and fifteen minutes everything was fixed and back in perfect working order. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Keith and Precision.
