I had two of my three garage doors rebuilt by Keith from Precision a little over a year ago and I was very happy with Keith and every aspect of his service, so naturally I called them when the spring of my third door broke and sure enough, Keith was the tech that showed up and once again I had an awesome experience was treated like a good friend and within an hour and fifteen minutes everything was fixed and back in perfect working order. My garage door broke at night. I called Precision Garage door the next morning, and they sent Jesse to our house within 20 minutes. I work an hour away and can't leave work to meet him. My daughter let him amd he evaluated what was wrong and called me to discuss the repair. He offered to put a bandaid on fixing it, but suggested fixing my other issues i had. Noah Came out last saturday to look at my garage door, found out one of the springs broke and it put a bad bind on the door, it would not close all the way. James Mantsch was our technician today who fixed our garage door. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I chose this company because of their TV advertisements, which claimed they were a reputable company. Recently my garage door came off the track, so I called them to have it repaired.
