The tech wouldn't even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today regarding your experience. We are thank full you gave us the opportunity to make things right. If you have any questions or concerns in the future feel free to reach out to me directly :)

I moved into a new home recently and learned as I moved in one of the garage doors was not working. Buying a new home is already stressful enough. I wanted to have everything working perfectly. A Google search led me to Precision and I'm so thankful. When I called they were willing to come the same day, but I was not available. Austin came to my house yesterday. He explained what was going on with my garage door. He gave me awesome options, explained them to me, and did wonderful work. I cannot recommend Precision more highly. They turned a stressful situation into no problem at all. Now I have full access to my garage and I'm happy. Thank you so much!

Our garage door was about 20 years old and one day decided it was done. We called Precision and was quickly scheduled for a next day appt. Travis arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, was friendly, very professional and gave us several options of repair. We agreed on the price (5% veteran’s discount) and about 90 minutes later, we were all set to go. He explained all the features of our new motor AND took the time to program our car to open the door remotely. He cleaned up the garage and was on his way. I can say enough about our Tech Travis and the professional service we received. It’s nice to know that a company and its service people still care about giving great service to the customer. We will highly recommend Precision to anyone. They provided us with great quality service at a fair price.

Moved into a new house and garage door wouldn't open. Door opener was also broken. Called Precision because reviews were all positive. John came out and evaluated the problems. Door hardware was a mess and needed a new opener. After about two and a half hours of replacing everything but the door, everything is working great. Thanks John.

Terrific experience to fix an annoying problem. I called with my garage door issue and a technician was out the very next day. The gentleman arrived on time, was respectful of the craziness in our household and saved me a ton by repairing not replacing. I would call Precision any time I had a problem.
