Started the morning off to a garage door that wouldn't open. I haven't used a front door key to the house in years and had no idea where one was. Called Precision Garage Door and they had me scheduled within hours. A short time after the actual tech called me to confirm he would be there. John T arrived on time.... took a few moments and identified a broken spring. Upon further inspection he pointed out some other issues to me that were just disturbing....whether it was the previous owner or subpar original installation, my garage door was a mess and unsafe. John T. Was thorough, profession and respectful. A true master of his trade. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to ANYONE that appreciates quality service and work.

Keith, my technician isolated lift problem and replaced the springs and rollers and now everything runs like new, smooth and quiet. Two years ago the torsion system in my garage door was broken so I called Precision Garage Door Service to have it fixed. I chose this company because of their TV advertisements, which claimed they were a reputable company. Recently my garage door came off the track, so I called them to have it repaired. The technician, Mike, quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable...such a pleasure to work with. Since I had purchased a new torsion system from them when the old one broke, they did not charge me for this service. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

My technician, Jeffrey, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He worked with me to determine the best way to fix my issue on a tight budget. He advised me on future repairs that may pop up but did not pressure me into doing those repairs immediately.
