Noah Came out last saturday to look at my garage door, found out one of the springs broke and it put a bad bind on the door, it would not close all the way. He replaced all the hardware to the door from springs to the rollers he was there for about 1 1/2 hours and did a great job the garage door works like brand new now thank you precision JOB WELL DONE

James Mantsch was our technician today who fixed our garage door. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Our garage door was old and not operating very well so after discussion we decided it needed to be repaired along with the springs , keypad and bearings. What a difference! James showed us how to program our keypad for WiFi and other functions. We were pleased with his work.

Started the morning off to a garage door that wouldn't open. I haven't used a front door key to the house in years and had no idea where one was. Called Precision Garage Door and they had me scheduled within hours. A short time after the actual tech called me to confirm he would be there. John T arrived on time.... took a few moments and identified a broken spring. Upon further inspection he pointed out some other issues to me that were just disturbing....whether it was the previous owner or subpar original installation, my garage door was a mess and unsafe. Weathersstrip on door bottom needed replacement.called a company who said it could not be repaired. Called Precision, they came the same day, fitted and installed a weatherstrip piece from the truck! The installer Juston was highly professional, totally professional and provided knowledgable advice and answers to my questions. Would strongly recommend for any future requirements.

I had two doors that were running very rough and one would not open more than a couple feet. Keith, my technician isolated lift problem and replaced the springs and rollers and now everything runs like new, smooth and quiet. I chose this company because of their TV advertisements, which claimed they were a reputable company. Recently my garage door came off the track, so I called them to have it repaired. The technician, Mike, quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable...such a pleasure to work with. Since I had purchased a new torsion system from them when the old one broke, they did not charge me for this service. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

My technician, Jeffrey, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He worked with me to determine the best way to fix my issue on a tight budget. He advised me on future repairs that may pop up but did not pressure me into doing those repairs immediately. The office called me to move up my appointment time and Jeffrey called me when he was on his way then arrived when he said he would which is refreshing. I would highly recommend this company.
