I had an issue with my remote control, it would open my garage door but not close it. It turns out that the wires were not working properly. Arnold the technician advised me of this and fixed the problem. He also installed cables near the springs which adds extra safety. Thanks Arnold.

Noah Came out last saturday to look at my garage door, found out one of the springs broke and it put a bad bind on the door, it would not close all the way. He replaced all the hardware to the door from springs to the rollers he was there for about 1 1/2 hours and did a great job the garage door works like brand new now thank you precision JOB WELL DONE

James Mantsch was our technician today who fixed our garage door. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Our garage door was old and not operating very well so after discussion we decided it needed to be repaired along with the springs , keypad and bearings. What a difference! James showed us how to program our keypad for WiFi and other functions. We were pleased with his work.

Started the morning off to a garage door that wouldn't open. I haven't used a front door key to the house in years and had no idea where one was. Upon further inspection he pointed out some other issues to me that were just disturbing....whether it was the previous owner or subpar original installation, my garage door was a mess and unsafe. Weathersstrip on door bottom needed replacement.called a company who said it could not be repaired. Called Precision, they came the same day, fitted and installed a weatherstrip piece from the truck! Keith, my technician isolated lift problem and replaced the springs and rollers and now everything runs like new, smooth and quiet. Two years ago the torsion system in my garage door was broken so I called Precision Garage Door Service to have it fixed. I chose this company because of their TV advertisements, which claimed they were a reputable company. Recently my garage door came off the track, so I called them to have it repaired. The technician, Mike, quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable...such a pleasure to work with. Since I had purchased a new torsion system from them when the old one broke, they did not charge me for this service. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

My technician, Jeffrey, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He worked with me to determine the best way to fix my issue on a tight budget. He advised me on future repairs that may pop up but did not pressure me into doing those repairs immediately. The office called me to move up my appointment time and Jeffrey called me when he was on his way then arrived when he said he would which is refreshing. I would highly recommend this company.
