This morning, the chain on my Liftmaster 3rd car garage door broke, and I immediately called Precision Garage Doors to fix it. A short time later, technician Arnold Simpson arrived at my house and informed me that the garage door system needed to be replaced. I was thinking about the price of the replacement unit and chose the base Genie model since it was cheaper and had fewer features, even though we had another Liftmaster for the main garage door. When I went back into the house, Arnold called his manager. He explained that I was a veteran and a retired police officer and asked if there was anything they could do to help me with a Liftmaster garage door system, since having two different garage door units (Liftmaster and Genie) wouldn't work. Arnold said that since we had a Liftmaster system, it only made sense to stick with that unit, since the keypad outside the garage door wouldn't work with the Genie system anymore, and we would have even more remotes on our car visors to deal with. The manager approved the discount for me and told Arnold to install the Liftmaster unit instead of the Genie at no extra charge. A short time later, I came back out to the garage to check on the progress and noticed that Arnold had already installed the unit. I told him it looked fantastic, and I was surprised it came with a built-in camera. That's when Anold told me what he and his manager had done for me because of my military and police service. I was really touched that they did this for me, since I hadn't even requested a discount. This shows the level of care that the owner of Precision instills in his employees and their desire to make customers happy. After everything was completed, Arnold showed me how the system worked and then reprogrammed all the remotes so we wouldn't have to figure it out. The Liftmaster unit looks great and is the quietest garage door I've ever owned. Arnold and his manager went above and beyond the regular call of duty, and I think they did so because they care about serving the people who need their help. The owner of Precision Garage Doors can rest easy knowing he has great employees and managers at the helm. They are top-notch in my book, and I am forever grateful to them for that kind gesture. I unfortunately didn’t get the partner’s name, but both were friendly & explained everything. Josue showed up in a very timely manner. He was very good with me teaching me how to care for my door, the spring, the hinges and wheels. And he gave me the recomended name of a lubricant for the door and how-to use and apply it. He found then btoken spring and was able to fix it quickly. He was outstanding.

We unfortunately damaged our garage door when backing out of the garage such that the door would not remain closed. I called Precision and a tech named Aaron arrived 1 hour later:) This was. marvelous response to our somewhat dire situation. Aaron is an absolute pleasure to deal with as his demeanor and thoroughness are top notch!!! We were given 2 options: one to try as best as possible to repair the damage on the spot. The 2nd option was go another step up: -- try the repair and IF we were not satisfied, we would not be charged for the repair and the 2nd option would be done later on. Within under 3 hours, Aaron had everything fixed:):) Thank you!!!

I called Precision several months ago when our spring broke. Since I got such good service then I decided to call them again. Our door made so much noise when opening and closing, I was afraid it was going to fail any time. Again your service man, Josue Lombay arrived within the time you said. He was very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I could tell he knew what he had to do. I decided then to do the entire job including new rollers and rubber bottom seal. I was very surprised when he said he could do the entire job that day. I was even more surprised he completed the entire job in less than two hours, including connecting in our car signal. The company service meet my expectations when I called initially for repair. They took my request and the technician called Luis was sent the same day I called. He did a throughly inspection and advise for a total replacement. I approved and he proceed with the entire replacement. Luis did an excellent job and instructed me about the usage. The next day I requested help with the MyQ app settings and the company sent Johnatan who helped me to go through the correct settings and provided a quick training. Now I am very satisfied with the system thanks to the good technicians (Luis and Johnatan) expertise in the installation and help with the app settings.

This was an impressive operation start to finish. There were 2 challenges, MSFH and a classic car in the garage that can't be moved at present. The entire team handled both with ease and confidence. Your company participates with the MSFH program and while other companies didn't want anything to do with the classic car, you looked at it as an opportunity to excel. The "A" team needs to be recognized; Jordan made me feel comfortable and at ease with the project to start, Justin led operations with itemizing the entire estimate, Jeff led installation with multiple phone calls, text messages and pictures to ensure safety and success, finally the 2 stars of the performance were Corbin and Hunter. These 2 guys were as invested in the successful outcome as I was. God orchestrated start to finish and sent 2 guardian angels, I am truly blessed and thankful to all!!

Easy to make an appt. Worked with a very experienced Technician. Ryan texted ahead of time to inform me of his ETA and was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and helped me assess what repairs were needed immediately; the obvious replacement was a broken tension coil and a few updates as the garage was 21+ years old. Pricing was very reasonable. Ryan made sure he cleaned up and left the garage floor spotless. Great job and a very appreciative customer !!

I called at 11pm on Monday night , I was given a appointment for 10 am the next day with a 4 hour window. The technician Phil arrived around 11 am he was a great guy, he knows what he's doing, great personality, and 2 hours later my door was opening and closing like new.
