Our garage door opener died after 17 years so I call Precision. The tech came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He gave us several options including patching it up to complete replacements . Decided to replace with a new Genie system with belt drive because they are so much quieter than the old chain drive we had. All work completed the same day and he had everything on the truck including rollers and a new spring. Very satisfied with the quality and the tech.

Austin Orton, our technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn't try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out.
