Made appointment on line. I picked the date and time. Got confirmation details immediately. Joshua showed up in the time frame. Did an excellent job in changing springs and changing other parts that were 24 years old. Very satisfied with work and price.

Chris was very professional and gave very good explanations of the parts of a garage door and the maintenance required to keep it working. He also made us aware of the importance of not trying to repair the garage door ourselves due to the significant danger of doing so without experience, and the possibility of very serious injury. He made the necessary repair affordable for us. He had our door back in operation within 15 minutes and we couldn't be happier.

Garge door opener stopped working, technicians come to our on a Saturday afternoon replaced the damaged opener, springs , cables and more in less then 2 hours. The garge door works better now then it has in yars, not a sound.Will recommend to any family or friends needing garage door work.

Two years ago my garage door in New Port Richey Florida had an issue. I called them to please help. A smiling man looks at the single car garage issue and he prepared an estimate of $2.500 to replace 2 springs with one. I said NO WAY… HE SAID LET ME CALL MY OFFICE TO SEE WHAT CAN WE DO. In less than 2 minutes he said we can do it for $1.500. I said ok go ahead. After he was gone I called a couple of more places and they gave me an estimate of $400 to $500 to do the same job. I called back Precision, a very nice young man apologized, saying we are sorry this shouldn’t have happened. I was 76 when it happened and he said if that was my father I’ll be very upset they did try to rip him off like that. So just send us a check for $150 and we’ll be fine. Yet although I asked him to send me a new invoice with that amount they never did. Stay away from them, TV commercials they have on TV sound good but if they can they will rip you off.

Aaron Whiteman was out to service our garage door. It was making a clicking noise when it shuts. We use the door alot during the day, its constantly going up/down. Aaron explained that using it so much just adds to the springs twisting up/down and adds additional wear and tear on them. He said this was characteristics of the spring ready to break. The door is under warranty, but he couldn't replace it under warranty unless it was broke. I understand this, it makes sense. It was nice to have a service man be honest with you and tell you what you can expect. Aaron did try to quiet the noise, which he did some. I'm sure we will be seeing Precision again in the future, when it breaks. Thanks Aaron for being up front with us instead!
