We have had previous work on the garage and very pleased with the service and tech. This time we neerded a new garage door key pad for outside, Luis came out today 9/29/2023 to put on a new key pad to the garage and set the system. He was very promp and very professional, asset to your company . We have given your company name to our neighbor who recently had a new spring put on his garage door.

Precision garage doors did a great job from start to finish. I got an appointment right away the next morning. The technician was here early and was very personable. Wayne is a definite asset to your company. He saw what was wrong. He showed my husband the failed parts and explained plainly why they failed and why they needed to be replaced. He fixed the door in a timely manner. The only negative was I didn’t expect the cost, but it needed to be done. I would call precision again. And request Wayne.

Precision was there for me when I needed them. My 20 year old garage door opener was working intermittently. I called them on Friday morning and there serviceman (John Duff) was at our house that evening. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offered a couple of alternative solutions.
