We had five estimates before we went with Precision and they were by far the most thorough. Sam, the tech, was the only one of the six we called for estimates to actually take time to measure and assess our needs before giving us an estimate. All the others just eye-balled it and gave us a number off the top of their heads. The only frustration was that we had to haggle the price but that's to be expected. We would have had to do that with the other services. Additionally, Sam fixed a problem we didn't even know we had and left our garage door in better condition than before it broke.
It means a lot to know you compared several options and felt our assessment stood out. Taking time to truly understand your needs is important to us, and we're glad that made a difference for you. Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service of Clearwater (Land O'Lakes) and sharing these thoughtful details about your experience. We're happy we could leave your garage door in even better shape than before.
