Called Precision to get a tune-up on my door, check the track bracing, and ceiling attachments. With one phone call, had an appointment a few hours later. My tech, Ryan Jones was punctual, polite, and informative. He spotted an error made by a previous company and corrected the problem. Lights and remotes work fine now, and my foor is super quiet. Highly disappointed at the way Precision Door handled my business. First I was told one costs while making the appointment. Upon arrival the guy literally gave me a quote 5x what I was quoted on phone for all these other parts I should upgrade. Once I argued it all I was given a quote for just the replacement of my springs. Then once the job was done I was told because I only did the springs and nothing else. I only get a 1yr warranty not 3. Just not what I expected from them. Never again will I contact you.

Our garage door opener died after 17 years so I call Precision. The tech came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He gave us several options including patching it up to complete replacements . Decided to replace with a new Genie system with belt drive because they are so much quieter than the old chain drive we had. All work completed the same day and he had everything on the truck including rollers and a new spring. Very satisfied with the quality and the tech.
