Five stars don't do you justice!! My tech today was Joshua Hink. He had to replace two springs on my two car garage door, one of which was broken. Since both springs were 18 years old, he recommended replacement of 7 year warranty springs. A professional job done in less than an hour, and he did arrive prior to the assigned appointment. We are very happy with the service we received. The response to our call for assistance was prompt and all of the options available to solve our problem were reviewed. We had a new garage door installed with a new opener and keypad. The work was completed quickly and cleanup was handled just as efficiently. It is obvious the installer knew what he was doing. I have used Precision Overhead Garage Doors for over 14 years. Yesterday my garage doors would not open or close. The motor was working and the chain moved but the connection between the motor arm and the chain would not hold. I thought I looked at the sensors. I checked to ensure nothing was blocking them. Precision showed up saw that one of my sensors wasn't lining uop and problem solved. NO Charge. I will use these people in South Carolina where I am moving later this week. They are fantastic!!
