Josh really knew what he was doing to repair our garage door. He truly is a professional and master in his field of garage door repair. He reviewed the garage door and associated parts for proper operation. He flagged those items that needed attention and provided and estimated cost of repair. I did not want my wife or granddaughter to suffer injury due to poor door operation. With that in focus he made sure the doors operated properly and demonstrated to my wife that the doors were not a threat to personal safety.

My installer was very knowledgeable. He told me what was recommended and gave me a few different options with what was needed VS. What could wait a little while. Also, He worked with me on financing options which was good considering the current economic situation that everyone is going through currently. He showed up early in the timeframe that was given. First thing I want to say is that my technician, Joshua Figueroa definitely gets 5 stars from me. He was very knowledgeable, upfront with me and answered all of my questions. The cost is what through me off a bit. Got new springs put in, a center bracket and 2 brackets for the sides. Total cost was 865. When looking at the invoice, $80 for a ball bearing, $180 for a left and right bearing plate and 135 for a reinforcement bracket seems extremely marked up to me. Great work but I'll definitely be looking for a cheaper option the next go around.

Our garage was off balance and we called Precision. When they came they found out that they didn't place the springs correctly the last time they had repaired our garage door. So they took care of it this time and didn't charge us anything for it. Not even the service charge. True professional folks who know how to correct your garage door situation, if its their fault or yours. Highly recommend them.

The service was very good. Technician couldn’t have been nicer. Said they would be here between noon & 4. He was at my house at 12:15. Everything was great except for being charged a $45.00 shop supply fee. I wouldn’t mind and would expect a $15 or $20 shop supply’s fee but $45.00 is just padding the bill.

My garage door opener broke. They scheduled an appointment for me the same day. The tech that came out, Joshua Figueroa, was so nice and so professional. He listed all my options and the differences in each one. He was so polite. He was done in about 2-2.5 hours. He cleaned up every bit of mess. He programmed all of our cars to the new opener. I found that my garage door spring broke on late on July 3 and wasn't sure if I was going to get someone out to fix it because the next day was the 4th of July. I called a few vendors but they their schedule didn't allow me to get service till July 5th and I didn't care for the customer service response. I then remembered having Precision Garage Doors replace my rollers a few years ago. They were able to schedule me for service on July 4th. I was very impressed with the customer service rep and technical rep (Joshua Figueroa) that repaired my broken springs. I also had him replace the worn bearings and drive shaft because the original installers tightened the bolts to tightly on the springs and damaged the drive shaft.
