Mike did an excellent job to please us since we had to replace a Genie Door Opener that was only 3 years old. It was a screw drive and Genie "screwed" us by having it fail within 3 years. We originally had a Craftsman Door opener that lasted for over 20 years! Genie should refund us for the 2022 Door opener that failed within three years!

Joshua from precision garage door was very professional during the initial contact and listening to what my issues we're at the current time. He explained the process what was going to occur and then a diagnosis and estimate would be prepared. Then it was up to me to decide if I wanted to go with his recommendations fully or partially. I found excellence customer service from start to finish of the process. After he was finished Joshua explained and showed me everything that was on the list that needed to be fixed and it was and that was a very good touch. I would definitely recommend precision garage door and the reason I called them, is that I have used this company in the past and have never been disappointed.

Our garage door was no longer opening or cloing correctly and that is why we contacted Precision Garage Door, now this happend on Sunday and they called us back immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. They called Monday to confirm and were there exactly when they said. They looked over our door and agreed with my husband that our door was okay but everything else neede to be replaced, the ytried to get a part for our Genie, but turns out it was made in 2003 when our villa was built and they no longer made any parts for hat year. The representative who came out was more than helpful, very professional and courteous. Explaining everyhting to my husband, our garage door now opens and closes like a dream and is so quiet!!! We will definitley recommend your company to our neighbors and friends here at Heritage Pines.

I went with Precision because there was a Precision sticker on the garage door left from the previous homeowners. It was very nice to get same-day service. It sucked that I had to have the entire opener and associated mechanism replaced. My technician, Sean Wolf, was professional, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Though it hurt parting with the money, Sean made the experience worthwhile. Can't thank him enough.

Excellent customer support from the person answering my initial call to the tech Cameron, who assessed, went over my options and then did the repair. This was completed in record time.
