I called Precision to fix a spring that had broken. In order to fix the spring I also had to get new cables and wheel and lube and new piece of wood that was $150. It was very expensive $678.50. I appreciate that they came out the same day I called them and it is fixed, but will get estimates from now on beforehand.

I had used Precision Garage Door in the past and was very impressed with their work. Yesterday I had made a "Panic" call to them because the large garage door broke and I couldn't close it. They were so comforting scheduling me right away for a technician to come out and repair it. The young man, Luke, was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and he worked feverishly to not only fix the problem, but repair it to a new garage door...changing the worn out bearings, rollers, springs, cables. We have 5 garage doors here. 2 main garage doors had openers (belt) replaced, springs replaced, rollers replaced and openers programmed. One had springs and rollers replaced. All 5 were inspected and lubed. The technician provided us with several options. The work was completed in one day as quoted. Craig came and explained he could not repair the little hole in the door. He did however replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door and helped us keep water from coming in under the door by building up the area under the door to make a barrier to stop the water. He was very polite and seemed knowledgeable of the products you have to offer. He did not try to sell us something we did not need.
