He showed me what needed to be changed and then gave me other items that were recommended to be changed. He showed what was wrong with each item and why he recommended. Precision has always treated me fairly. The new motor and drive that replaced my 19 year old system are EXTREMELY Quiet! If I didn't see it moving I would not know it was working. I had used Precision a couple years ago to fix an annoying cracking noise when opening. They found that the main rod was bent and the spring had weakened over time. They installed new rod and spring which resolved the noise. Fast forward and my motor ground to a halt with the door a foot off the ground. I had to pull to release the door. Precision came as scheduled, !did the repair, and now we are back in business and quieter than ever before. Thank you - Precision is my go-to service.
