I am so grateful I called Precision. They were amazing with pricing and the customer service was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Nelson. He is such a hard worker and is so efficient with his work. Once completed with installing the new opener, he took the time to explain what he installed and how to use the system. I can’t speak highly enough about Nelson, this company, and their work. If I could rate them higher, I would!

Aidan came by my house today to offer me different options; repairing my old opener, as well as a couple other quotes for new. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He really took his time to cover everything in great detail. Once I made a decision, he had everything on hand to replace on sight. He was meticulous with the install and cleaned up before going over everything with me. He even took the time to help me install the app, as well as to program my car to pair with the new opener. I highly recommend this company, as well as my technician Aidan. Thanks!

Jackson communicated as to when he would be arriving. He explained the problem and discussed all the options as well as pricing and the estimated time of repair. He patiently helped me set up my account on my cell and explained how to use the app. He was nice enough to program the ONBOARD opener function in my car. I was very pleased with the service.

Had a fantastic experience, from the operators to the technician. Matt was my tech, he was able to find the issue, recommend the work I needed with a price breakdown. I had my opener replaced (mine was old) Matt got right to it, the work was done perfect and neat and clean. Highly recommend.

Chad was great! Every time he turned, something else was found wrong, can't blame him. Hardware was orig from build in 2011. He was always coming in to show me another issue. Now, everything but the garage door is new. Can't beat a 5yr warranty.
