Thank you, thank you Jesus! for coming out and helping us with our garage door. Yes, that's the technician's name Jesus. About 8 months ago I purchased a garage door opener from a box store and they recommended another garage door company to install it. Jesus showed up with a smile and ready to help. He replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. Took the time to clean the track install it without being in a rush (unlike the last company) and did the job professionally. He pointed out somethings that should be taken care of in the near future (unlike the last company) but without pressure of having to do it today. Which I appreciated his honesty. I told him I would definitely call him back when Im ready. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Land O'Lakes for all your garage needs.

My original experience was with Stefan Harris in 2022 and he did an amazing job! I called Stephan on Monday August 11, 2025 in hopes that the company was still in business and he was so kind to assist me with making the arrangements . On Tuesday morning the 12th David & Britton came out and accessed the garage door, they explained everything in detail and the options I had. They were very professional courteous patient kind & detailed. David & Britton did an amazing job!! They definitely have great dispositions and it was a pleasure interacting with them both! The company service meet my expectations when I called initially for repair. They took my request and the technician called Luis was sent the same day I called. He did a throughly inspection and advise for a total replacement. I approved and he proceed with the entire replacement. Luis did an excellent job and instructed me about the usage. The next day I requested help with the MyQ app settings and the company sent Johnatan who helped me to go through the correct settings and provided a quick training. Now I am very satisfied with the system thanks to the good technicians (Luis and Johnatan) expertise in the installation and help with the app settings.

I was impressed with the speed and ease of getting the springs replaced on my garage door. In several hours, they took my initial call and their technician Adam had all the necessary parts replaced. Adam was great. He took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and why, provided several options, and expertly replaced the worn parts. The professionalism and timing was greatly appreciated since I was also dealing with another crisis at the same time.

Our garage door was no longer opening or cloing correctly and that is why we contacted Precision Garage Door, now this happend on Sunday and they called us back immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. They called Monday to confirm and were there exactly when they said. They looked over our door and agreed with my husband that our door was okay but everything else neede to be replaced, the ytried to get a part for our Genie, but turns out it was made in 2003 when our villa was built and they no longer made any parts for hat year. The representative who came out was more than helpful, very professional and courteous. Explaining everyhting to my husband, our garage door now opens and closes like a dream and is so quiet!!! We will definitley recommend your company to our neighbors and friends here at Heritage Pines.

This was an impressive operation start to finish. There were 2 challenges, MSFH and a classic car in the garage that can't be moved at present. The entire team handled both with ease and confidence. Your company participates with the MSFH program and while other companies didn't want anything to do with the classic car, you looked at it as an opportunity to excel. The "A" team needs to be recognized; Jordan made me feel comfortable and at ease with the project to start, Justin led operations with itemizing the entire estimate, Jeff led installation with multiple phone calls, text messages and pictures to ensure safety and success, finally the 2 stars of the performance were Corbin and Hunter. These 2 guys were as invested in the successful outcome as I was. God orchestrated start to finish and sent 2 guardian angels, I am truly blessed and thankful to all!!
