Making an appointment was easy, they gave me a chance to pick what date and approximate what time they. Day of installation was to the tee. Before starting the job they gave me upfront cost with Veterans discount. I would recommend if you need a person to call them or check out their website. Please remember you get what you pay for.

I called all over and couldn't get anyone to even answer the phone I worked with Precision a while back I remembered and gave them a call. they were very pleasant and I got an appointment within in a few hours on a Saturday. They sent out a great guy and his name was Arnold Simpson. This gentleman was on time, very Knowledgable, explained every detail and answered all my questions and then he went to work. He did everything except my garage door. He was quick and clean and went over everything he installed with me at the end. He was just the perfect great guy to have done that job that I needed so desperately. I really appreciate people like this, honest and sincere and liked doing what he has done for a long time. My experience today was exceptional. I've become somewhat numbed and too easily accepting of marginal or worse customer service. My faith that someone can get it right has been restored. From the onset I was advised of what to expect following my call. Things went exactly as promised. Our technician arrived on time and had all the parts needed to complete the repairs in one visit. Arnold, our technician, was courteous and very thorough in his explanation of what was needed. There was no jargon or talking over my head, and he paused to occasionally ensure that I understood. My incredibly noisy yet fairly new garage door was installed by Banko. Arnold upgraded the "builder's grade" hardware/springs The door is now almost silent in its operation. I paid a fair price to resolve a deficiency that, based on reviews, I was unwilling to entrust to the builder's sub. Overall, just a really fine customer service experience. I HIGHLY recommend Precision.

Had to have my battery replaced in my LiftMaster garage door opener. Arnold Simpson was the technician that came to my house to find out if the beeping noise I had been hearing for almost 2 days was from my battery. He tested it and sure enough my battery was dead even though the door opener stated it was fully charged. In no time at all he replaced the battery and even took the time to spray lubricant on the tracks of the garage door. Great service and highly professional.
