The technician who serviced my garage doors was excellent — prompt, professional, kind, and very thorough. The quality of the actual work is not my issue. My concern is with the company’s pricing practices. I was charged over $7,000 for work on two residential garage doors. After reviewing the invoice line-by-line afterward and comparing it to standard residential pricing for similar work, many of the components appeared to be priced dramatically above normal market rates. The total was several thousand dollars higher than what comparable work typically costs. When I raised concerns, management initially seemed receptive and stated they did not want me to feel taken advantage of. I provided a detailed breakdown of the pricing discrepancies and attempted to resolve the matter privately, but after that, communication largely stopped and no meaningful resolution was offered. I understand paying a premium for same-day service and warranties, but there is a significant difference between premium pricing and excessively inflated pricing. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review every line item and obtain comparative quotes before authorizing work.

My technician John was here quickly and spent time and care ensuring all repairs/replacements of failing parts were installed and tested after. His explanation of everything was great! This is the second time I have used Precision (different issues - many years apart) - and I did not hesitate calling them for this new...concern. Highly recommend! Quick response time - straight talk - reasonable prices - more importantly - CUSTOMER ORIENTED! From the office team who took my call and scheduled, to the technician - I hope I don't "need" them again - but I have their phone number in my contacts!

The crew provided advance notice of arrival. Upon arrival they explained the problem and needed repair. Both gentlemen were extremely professional as well as courteous. Angel performed most of the repairs in a timely manner. He replaced the springs, rollers and cables. The door works as well if not better than the installation in 1996. Very Satisfied

Precision Door Company is awesome! This is the second garage door opener they replaced for me and in both instances they provided same day service. They provide an incredible service by checking out the problem, providing a quote before replacing the equipment and also performed required maintenance and lubrication on the door as well.
