Precision Door Company is awesome! This is the second garage door opener they replaced for me and in both instances they provided same day service. They provide an incredible service by checking out the problem, providing a quote before replacing the equipment and also performed required maintenance and lubrication on the door as well. Nelson was the tech and he was very professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company!

I appreciate the response of Precision. Garage Door. However, to charge me nearly $200.00 to install a new garage door keypad was way overpriced. A new opener same name costs between $30.00 and $50,00. I think it took a total of 20 minutes to install. Way overpriced.

I called for an estimate on a overhead garage door. I was able to get the estimate the same day I called, which surprised me. Melanie Montoro was the rep who came to my home. She was excellent, very professional. She was able to show me all aspects of you product, right from her truck. I must say I was impressed. She explained all the measurements she took and said she would email me an estimate that evening. I must have gotten the estimate within 2 hours. I was very happy with the bottom line and asked her to call me he next day as I had some questions. She answered all my questions and asked her to update the estimate and send it to me which she did. I also purchased a garage door opener. I informed her I will contact he on Jan. 2nd 2026 and give her a deposit. I cancelled the next 2 estimate request. Overall I was extremely happy.

This is the second time we have used Precision Garage Door Svc. This time we replaced the motor, rail and torsion cable. Our technician, Arnold S., was very professional, explained the new system, helped with adding and setting up the app on my phone and programmed the car without my needing to ask. He answered all of our questions and was very courteous and worked very efficiently. I would highly recommend Precision if you want a new updated opener, or have any problems, any time. I purchased my garage door from Precision in 2018. I recently noticed that it was not running smoothly or as quietly as before...very jerky and noisy. Precision was able to come out the same day I called. Josh was great to work with. He answered all my questions and reviewed the lubricating maintenance process and schedule. My instinct to call them was right because several very important mechanisms needed to be replaced. I live on Social Security and they were very helpful in working with me. I highly recommend them.

The technical was very polite and did an excellent job. I must say we were disappointed when calling Saturday around 5 PM and did not have service until Sunday afternoon. Reason being, my husband and I are 86 years old and he has major health issues including CHF. When requesting an emergency call the operator could't fulfill our request. I believe your prices were high but decided to have all the old parts replaced.
