Chad was great! Every time he turned, something else was found wrong, can't blame him. Hardware was orig from build in 2011. He was always coming in to show me another issue. Now, everything but the garage door is new. Can't beat a 5yr warranty.

Precision Garage door repair is exactly why I always get a second quote. Their initial bid for a broken spring came in at over $1,200. Owing it to myself to get a second bid S & G Garage doors initial bid was only $590 meaning less than 1/2 and they did excellent work.

The technician who serviced my garage doors was excellent — prompt, professional, kind, and very thorough. The quality of the actual work is not my issue. My concern is with the company’s pricing practices. I was charged over $7,000 for work on two residential garage doors. After reviewing the invoice line-by-line afterward and comparing it to standard residential pricing for similar work, many of the components appeared to be priced dramatically above normal market rates. The total was several thousand dollars higher than what comparable work typically costs. When I raised concerns, management initially seemed receptive and stated they did not want me to feel taken advantage of. I provided a detailed breakdown of the pricing discrepancies and attempted to resolve the matter privately, but after that, communication largely stopped and no meaningful resolution was offered. I understand paying a premium for same-day service and warranties, but there is a significant difference between premium pricing and excessively inflated pricing. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review every line item and obtain comparative quotes before authorizing work.

What a fantastic experience! I called around 9:30am on Sunday, tech got scheduled between 10-2. Got a call just before 10 and the tech was on their way. Within 2 hours I had 2 springs replaced and the giant bar replaced. Our tech was knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. He presented different options, was not pushy about upgrades (which was super nice), and efficient. Thank you Precision for everything!

The response time was FAST! I tried to open my garage door one morning and - nope - it aged out! My technician John was here quickly and spent time and care ensuring all repairs/replacements of failing parts were installed and tested after. His explanation of everything was great!
