I called about the issue and a service tech (Jared) came in about 2 hours. Jared was courteous, friendly, and patient. He explained the issue and provided solutions. He patiently waited while I called the Home warranty company to see if they would cover the cost. He also explained the estimates to the Home warranty rep. They provide an incredible service by checking out the problem, providing a quote before replacing the equipment and also performed required maintenance and lubrication on the door as well. My 1st experience with Precision was in 2020, and I was taken back by their professionalism, and actually put the customers needs 1st. This company has the best staff, from office to technicians. Having trouble this week with my door not closing, they had a technician, Trevon, at my home after work same day, which in itself was amazing.
