I called about the issue and a service tech (Jared) came in about 2 hours. Jared was courteous, friendly, and patient. He explained the issue and provided solutions. He patiently waited while I called the Home warranty company to see if they would cover the cost. He also explained the estimates to the Home warranty rep. Jared, then replaced the broken springs quickly and the garage door was fully functional again. Thanks for an excellent service.

Precision Door Company is awesome! This is the second garage door opener they replaced for me and in both instances they provided same day service. They provide an incredible service by checking out the problem, providing a quote before replacing the equipment and also performed required maintenance and lubrication on the door as well. My 1st experience with Precision was in 2020, and I was taken back by their professionalism, and actually put the customers needs 1st. This company has the best staff, from office to technicians. Having trouble this week with my door not closing, they had a technician, Trevon, at my home after work same day, which in itself was amazing. This morning, the chain on my Liftmaster 3rd car garage door broke, and I immediately called Precision Garage Doors to fix it. A short time later, technician Arnold Simpson arrived at my house and informed me that the garage door system needed to be replaced. I was thinking about the price of the replacement unit and chose the base Genie model since it was cheaper and had fewer features, even though we had another Liftmaster for the main garage door. When I went back into the house, Arnold called his manager. He explained that I was a veteran and a retired police officer and asked if there was anything they could do to help me with a Liftmaster garage door system, since having two different garage door units (Liftmaster and Genie) wouldn't work. Arnold said that since we had a Liftmaster system, it only made sense to stick with that unit, since the keypad outside the garage door wouldn't work with the Genie system anymore, and we would have even more remotes on our car visors to deal with. The manager approved the discount for me and told Arnold to install the Liftmaster unit instead of the Genie at no extra charge. A short time later, I came back out to the garage to check on the progress and noticed that Arnold had already installed the unit. I told him it looked fantastic, and I was surprised it came with a built-in camera. That's when Anold told me what he and his manager had done for me because of my military and police service. I was really touched that they did this for me, since I hadn't even requested a discount. This shows the level of care that the owner of Precision instills in his employees and their desire to make customers happy. After everything was completed, Arnold showed me how the system worked and then reprogrammed all the remotes so we wouldn't have to figure it out. The Liftmaster unit looks great and is the quietest garage door I've ever owned. Arnold and his manager went above and beyond the regular call of duty, and I think they did so because they care about serving the people who need their help. The owner of Precision Garage Doors can rest easy knowing he has great employees and managers at the helm. They are top-notch in my book, and I am forever grateful to them for that kind gesture. James Baran came to my home yesterday to diagnose an issue with our garage door opener. He was a joy to deal with. He was patient with my explaining the issue and was quick to diagnose the issue. He thoroughly checked our garage door opener and garage door components. He explained what was causing the reported issue, the repair needed, and took time to make a slight adjustment to the actual door that he found in his inspection. He also was able to point out some needed future maintenance that will be needed on on door. James and Precision Garage Door are number 1 in my book, and I would highly recommend them.
