Just had a new garage door and opener installed this afternoon and couldn't be more pleased with the job Precision did. From the initial visit to provide us an estimate, to the final installation and clean-up, the employees were excellent to work with. Easy to talk to and they fully explained all the questions we had. They were unquestionably experts in their field and both the salesperson and the installer were real professionals. The job was done right and we couldn't be happier with the results. Excellent service. The tech that worked with my wife was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain to her what needs to be maintained on a regular basis. He even left her a can of lubricant for her to use next time it needed to be done and didn't even charge for it.
