My installer was very knowledgeable. He told me what was recommended and gave me a few different options with what was needed VS. What could wait a little while. Also, He worked with me on financing options which was good considering the current economic situation that everyone is going through currently. He showed up early in the timeframe that was given. Moved into a new house and garage door wouldn't open. Door opener was also broken. Called Precision because reviews were all positive. John came out and evaluated the problems. Door hardware was a mess and needed a new opener. After about two and a half hours of replacing everything but the door, everything is working great. Thanks John.

I am always pleased to work with Precision when it comes to garage doors. They are prompt and courteous, and I am completely satisfied with their service and technicians. My garage door is only 5 years old but was installed by the builder. The door was very loud and noisy, and it needed new rollers. The technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same morning. I have seen many of your ads plus close friend also recommended your company. I needed to have my door spring replaced. Easily setup an appointment and tech came and checked to see what was needed and gave me options for materials and warranties. Work was done swiftly and professionally and very neatly. I highly recommend this company and Chris Johnson the tech. He covered all bases and made sure I was satisfied before he left. He also recommended new cables which were frayed and pulleys which were needed.

my installer, travis did a great job. he came to repair a loose chain and found other issues w/ the opener, springs and cables. he had to replace the unit. now it runs very quietly and smoothly. i would hire him again

The salesman sold me garage doors for 4, 500k. The salesman/ installer was the same person who failed to tell me the garage doors wouldn't work when he left because we didnt have electric. As he finished the job he told me I would have to call an electrician in order for the doors to work, an extra 600 to 1000k I didnt expect. Had the technician made me aware I wouldn't have purchased the doors. I found it misleading, I'm a single wo.en and didnt budget it nor am I mechanically inclined.
