We had a garage door repair. I backed into the door while it was closing . I called precision because I knew I would get courteous, prompt and efficient service. I had used precision in a previous home . The repairman , josh, went above and beyond expectations. An outstanding experience for an unpleasant situation. Thank you

Precision was able to send a tech the same day I called for service. The technician called when he was on his way. He determined the problem quickly, had the necessary parts for proper repairs, and had our garage door working properly again within an hour. Super service!

You are rediculosly exxpensive. The charge for house call is ok BUT charging me extra $40+ repropraming fee is leaves a bad taste. All yr tech did was press one yellow button and he used my step ladder.

Luke did a great job. He listened to my concerns and checked out every option. When I decided not to take a chance on my old system he gave me a well set up table of options ao that I could make a good choice for my needs. He did an excellent installation job. I am very satisfied. Thanks.

Joshua came to my house, when expected. He was not pushy and was super helpful. There will be more things that need to be done to my pulley system as a whole, but he explained these things to me. I WILL be doing business with them again.

I have used Precision for a number of years. The opener stopped working due to repeated power outages during a cold spell. They came out on Sunday and had it working very quickly. Great company to work with.

Very pleased with Travis (personality, professionalism, offering options, answering questions, explaining repairs/replacement parts...), especially coming out on a Sunday morning! My parents have used your services in the past, so he was able to view last service call from six years ago and provide options for my elderly mother.

Your same-day service is great. James Mantsch was so friendly, professional, and helpful. He diagnosed the problems with the door opener system you had installed years ago, developed a three-tier cost estimate, and explained it clearly. He had all the materials required to replace the spring and install a new system for us and worked efficiently to get the work done. He communicated all along the way, completed the work, cleaned everything up, and did a walkthrough of the setup and operation of the new system. I cannot say enough about this great technician. You guys rock!

Our garage door stopped working so I called in the morning on January 12th and Rob West was at our home by 11:30 am. There was a problem with the Linear motor and Rob replaced it at no charge as it was still under warranty. Rob was knowledgeable, timely and courteous. He did a great job and even programmed my car to open the door too! One thing I didn’t notice until a few days later was that I forgot to mention that we also had an outside keypad. We don’t use it a lot but it is convenient when need. I called back and the next morning Craig Earle was there first thing to replace the keypad. He was done in just a few minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. You really stand by your work!

It can be very frustrating when your 2-day weekend is put on hold when your garage door won't open, and my car is in the garage. especially on a Sunday. Then the possible time loss at work on Monday till it is fixed. I really appreciated Precision Overhead Garage door service to come out on a Sunday to fix my garage door. The technician came out earlier than I expected, Technician not only fixed my door; he had to fix it with limited space between my car and the door; then explained how to keep it in good working order. His personality was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of door repair.

Jason was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I could not have asked for a better technician or company. I called at 8am the morning of requesting an appointment for a new garage door opener installation and Jason arrived the same day before 10am. He was transparent in going through all of the available options and brands with pricing. He worked clean, quickly, and thoroughly and also took the time to explain every single last detail to me before leaving. I feel extremely confident in my new products and also in the company that I went with in knowing they will back their work always. 1000% recommend Precision and Jason for any of your garage door needs, I will never use another company.

Our garage door was about 20 years old and one day decided it was done. We called Precision and was quickly scheduled for a next day appt. Travis arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, was friendly, very professional and gave us several options of repair. We agreed on the price (5% veteran’s discount) and about 90 minutes later, we were all set to go. He explained all the features of our new motor AND took the time to program our car to open the door remotely. He cleaned up the garage and was on his way. I can say enough about our Tech Travis and the professional service we received. It’s nice to know that a company and its service people still care about giving great service to the customer. We will highly recommend Precision to anyone. They provided us with great quality service at a fair price.
